Hegarty Legal was founded in 2017 by its Principal Peter Hegarty who was previously a partner at a large Australian Law firm. Peter decided to establish a law firm which is not subject to the constraints and conflicts often suffered by larger firms.

At Hegarty Legal we only practise in areas in which we know we excel.  They are insolvency and restructuring, commercial litigation, commercial and corporate transactions, reorganisations and regulatory investigations.
